Responsibilities
- Define, develop, and execute a global marketing and communications strategy to drive revenue and market leadership;
- Lead marketing planning, budgeting, and execution across target regions;
- Set measurable daily, weekly, monthly, and annual goals with clear KPIs; track performance and optimize activities accordingly;
- Work closely with central marketing, product, and business development teams to ensure alignment with company objectives;
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities;
- Drive brand awareness campaigns, PR initiatives, and digital marketing efforts to strengthen Admitad’s positioning;
- Actively manage the user activation funnel and optimize conversion rates;
- Integrate user experience feedback into product updates and new solutions;
- Stay on top of emerging technologies, channels, and best practices to ensure innovative marketing execution.
What we expect
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior marketing role (preferably in B2B, digital, or performance marketing);
- Strong expertise in B2B marketing is a must - from demand generation to account-based marketing and sales enablement;
- Proven track record in developing and executing international marketing strategies;
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with experience in managing cross-functional and remote teams;
- Hands-on expertise with CRM, analytics, and SEO / SEM tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, Salesforce);
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret marketing metrics and convert insights into actionable strategies;
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment;
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
- Experience in affiliate marketing, advertising technologies, or SaaS is an additional advantage.
