Job Overview:

Strategic Leadership:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Free Zones Authority’s overall business objectives and promote the Free Zones as a premier business destination.

Lead the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand visibility, customer acquisition, and business growth.

Continuously evaluate market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to refine and adapt marketing strategies.

2. Brand Marketing:

Oversee the development and management of the Free Zone’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.

Lead initiatives to enhance brand awareness and reputation, positioning the Free Zones as a leader in its sector.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the brand message resonates with target audiences, including businesses, investors, and international markets.

3. Digital Marketing Growth:

Direct the digital marketing strategy focusing on online engagement, lead generation, and conversion through effective use of SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email campaigns.

Utilize advanced analytics to track digital marketing performance and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

Innovate with new digital tools and platforms to keep the Free Zone at the forefront of digital marketing trends.

Market Research & Product Management:

Lead market research initiatives to gain insights into market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

Use research findings to inform product development and market positioning strategies.

Oversee the product management process, ensuring that services offered by the Free Zones meet the needs of current and potential clients.

Creative & Content Management:

Supervise the creative and content teams to develop compelling marketing materials, including brochures, videos, presentations, and digital content that effectively communicate the Free Zones value proposition and unique selling propositions.

Ensure that all content aligns with the brand’s voice and supports the overall marketing strategy.

Oversee content distribution strategies across multiple channels to maximize reach and impact.

Public Relations & Events Partnership Management:

Manage public relations efforts to enhance the Free Zones reputation, including media relations, press releases, and crisis communication.

Develop and manage strategic partnerships with events and industry organizations to increase visibility and attract businesses to the Free Zones.

Plan and execute high-profile events that showcase the Free Zones offerings and attract key stakeholders.

Leadership and Team Management:

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team across multiple divisions, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a Free Zones or similar environment.

Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies across multiple channels.

Strong understanding of digital marketing, market research, brand management, and content creation.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
