We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Maritime to lead our maritime division across the Middle East. Based in Dubai, this strategic role oversees the design and construction supervision of civil engineering maritime projects, including coastal developments, ports, terminals, jetties, quay walls, and marinas. The successful candidate will lead the team, manage business performance, oversee financials, and drive business development to grow our maritime services in the region.

Your responsibilities include :

• Leadership & Management :

Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary maritime engineering team, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.

• Business Strategy & Operations :

Develop and implement strategic plans for the maritime division, ensuring alignment with regional goals. Oversee daily operations, resource management, and project delivery.

Manage financial performance, including P&L, revenue forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to ensure profitability and growth.

• Project Oversight :

Provide technical leadership for maritime projects, ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

• Client Engagement & Business Development :

Build relationships with clients and stakeholders, identify new opportunities, lead proposals, and support bidding processes.

• Regional Operations :

Oversee projects across the Middle East, working with stakeholders to expand the company's presence.

Qualifications and experience :

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Civil or Coastal Engineering or related field.
• At least 15 years of maritime engineering experience, including leadership roles.
• Experience managing large coastal or port infrastructure projects from concept to construction supervision.
• Knowledge of Middle East market dynamics and regional experience preferred.
• Strong business, financial, and client relationship skills.
• Leadership ability to inspire and develop teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
