The ideal candidate will bring a proven background in manufacturing operations within the engineering sector, coupled with a strong ability to lead, inspire, and drive performance across diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and optimise all manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and cost objectives are consistently met.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Implement world-class manufacturing practices and maintain compliance with global standards.
• Drive operational excellence through strategic planning, workflow enhancement, and robust performance management.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Supply Chain, and Project Management to ensure seamless delivery and support the company’s ambitious expansion goals.

Candidate Profile:

• Degree in Engineering or a related field is highly preferred.
• Extensive manufacturing leadership experience within the engineering sector.
• A track record of managing complex manufacturing environments and scaling operations internationally.
• Strong operational acumen, analytical mindset, and an ability to navigate the challenges of a fast-evolving market.
• A natural leader with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

The successful candidate will be based in Dubai and will play a critical role in shaping the future of the company’s operations in the region. A competitive salary of 65,000 to 75,000 AED per month is offered, along with the opportunity to be part of a prestigious international brand making a major impact.
