Head of Legal - Real Estate

Dubai is a city synonymous with luxury living, and its rapid growth continues to attract global attention. Playing a key role in this expansion, our client is a major player in the Dubai real estate sector, with a global portfolio and a track record of delivering some of the region's most iconic developments.

They are now looking to hire a Real Estate Development Lawyer to join and support their expanding legal team. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience gained at reputable law firms and/or in-house legal teams, with a strong focus on real estate development. Extensive knowledge of the full real estate development lifecycle is essential including planning, financing, branding, leasing, and negotiating sale and purchase agreements, among other areas.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Legally qualified in the UK.
2. 10+ years of experience in real estate development law.
3. Strong focus on the full real estate development lifecycle.

While Arabic language skills and prior experience working in the Middle East would be advantageous, they are not essential.

Location: Dubai.

Remuneration: 200,000 to 220,000 GBP + bonus and benefits.
