Hiring : Strategic Legal Leadership Opportunity | Location : Dubai

As Head of Legal, Your day-to-day will involve :

• Advising senior leadership on legal risk, corporate strategy, and operational matters.
• Leading the development and enforcement of legal policies and governance frameworks.
• Managing contracts, commercial agreements, and external counsel relationships.
• Ensuring regulatory compliance across UAE and international jurisdictions.
• Supporting due diligence and structuring of new ventures and investments.
• Leading legal input on divestments, partnerships, and dispute resolution.
• Building legal awareness and training initiatives across the organization.
• Representing the company in legal forums and high-level negotiations.
