Mira Group is seeking an exceptional Head of Legal to lead the Group’s legal function and provide strategic, commercially focused leadership across its real estate development and investment activities.

This senior role requires a high-calibre lawyer with extensive development experience who can partner with the leadership team, structure complex transactions, oversee disputes and build a scalable in-house function across the UAE/GCC.

Formación

• Strong, hands-on real estate development experience is essential.
• Experience with major development projects, acquisitions, JVs and investments.
• UAE/GCC experience strongly preferred.
• Able to advise CEOs, Boards and investors.
• Excellent English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all legal matters relating to real estate development and investment.
• Advise on land acquisitions, development structures, JVs, investments and financing.
• Lead negotiation of major development, construction and commercial agreements.
• Manage legal due diligence for acquisitions and investments.
• Oversee disputes, claims and external legal counsel.
• Advise the CEO, Board and senior management on legal and commercial risks.
• Build and lead an in-house legal function.
• Establish strong legal governance, contracts and risk-management processes.
