The Opportunity

We seek an experienced, pragmatic, and detail-oriented leader to head our legal team and oversee legal operations across the UAE, UK, and USA. This high-impact role offers the chance to shape our legal strategy and work directly with the founders during a critical growth phase.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all legal matters related to sales, engineering, and investment contracts
• Support investor relations and lead legal aspects of funding rounds
• Develop legal strategies supporting our commercial objectives
• Lead negotiations and close strategic deals
• Manage our IP portfolio, including patents and trademarks
• Advise on legal and compliance issues related to employees
• Manage the HR team and ensure employment law compliance
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage risk
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• 5+ years PQE (applications outside this range considered)
• In-house experience, preferably in VC/PE-backed tech, advertising, or media
• Proven ability to close deals in high-growth environments
• Expertise in drafting and negotiations
• Strong interpersonal skills and cross-department rapport building
• Experience managing patents and employee legal issues
• Ability to work under pressure with precision and commercial focus
