Job summary

Black Pearl Consult in Dubai seeks an experienced Technical Head Joinery & Interior Fit-Out to lead the drafting function for joinery and interior fit-out projects, producing detailing, shop drawings, and production drawings.

You will manage a drafting team, ensure accuracy, coordinate with operations and project teams, and support project execution from design through installation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in joinery and interior fit-out drafting.
• Proven ability to produce detailed shop and production drawings.
• Solid understanding of joinery materials, manufacturing, and installation requirements.
• Knowledge of interior fit-out standards and specifications.
• Experience coordinating between design, production and site teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the drafting team with workload planning.
• Review, prepare and approve detailed drawings and joinery documentation.
• Ensure drawings are accurate, complete and compliant with project requirements.
• Coordinate with operations, project teams and site teams for alignment.
• Monitor progress and provide updates on productivity and project status.
• Ensure timely submission of drawings according to schedules.
• Provide technical guidance on joinery detailing and production processes.
• Maintain quality standards across all drawings.
