Overview

Arcus Search are looking for a Head of IT Service Management for an organisation in the UAE to own and define the IT Service Management framework across the group.

Role: Head of IT Service Management

Location: Offices in Dubai & Abu Dhabi

Salary: 70,000 - 75,000 AED

The role

You will own & define the Service framework across the company, and lead all areas within Service Management, from the Service Architecture, Service Management, and Service Level Agreements (internal & external). Ensuring a continuous maturity of the function.

You will own the ServiceNow platform, driving all enhancements, and integrating AI & Automation capabilities.

This will be the first hire into the ITSM capability, therefore, it requires a blend of hands-on operational work, as well as Strategic initiatives.

Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience within ITSM
  • High capability within ServiceNow - a must have
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL v4, ideally SL or Master level
  • Success implementations of ITSM transformations within an enterprise organisation
  • Strong Leadership
