A leading UAE conglomerate is seeking a Head of IT PMO to build and lead its Project Management Office. This role requires significant experience in setting up PMOs and managing large portfolios. Candidates should have proven backgrounds in governance and stakeholder management, and experience in large organizations. This position is critical for aligning technology investments with business strategy and ensuring successful delivery across strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• 12 to 15 years of experience in IT PMO, programme management or portfolio leadership roles.
• Proven experience setting up and running a PMO within large, complex organisations.
• Strong background in governance, controls and enterprise-level delivery frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the group IT PMO, defining operating models and governance frameworks.
• Own the end-to-end technology and transformation portfolio.
• Lead, mentor, and scale a team of project and programme managers.
