• Lead the development and execution of cloud strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and banking regulations.
• Oversee the Cloud Center of Excellence (CCOE), managing cloud governance, financial operations (FinOps), and cost optimization initiatives.
• Establish and enforce cloud security controls, compliance standards, and risk management frameworks including GDPR, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and NIST.
• Drive continuous monitoring of cloud platform stability, security posture, and compliance to safeguard enterprise cloud infrastructure.
• Collaborate across IT, business, and data teams to implement cloud control safeguards and ensure data privacy and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability management, and incident investigations to proactively mitigate cloud security threats.
• Provide leadership in cloud financial planning, capacity rightsizing, and reporting to optimize cloud expenditure and ROI.
• Technical Requirements : Strong experience with cloud governance frameworks (GRC), cloud architecture review (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), IT General Controls (ITGC), cloud security tools, infrastructure security (firewalls, routers), and regulatory compliance (ISO 27001, SOC1 / SOC2, GDPR).
• Proficiency in cloud financial operations (FinOps) and cost optimization strategies essential.
