noon, the region's leading consumer commerce platform. On December 12th, 2017, noon launched its consumer platform in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, expanding to Egypt in February 2019. The noon ecosystem of services now includes marketplaces for food delivery, quick-commerce, fintech, and fashion. noon is a work in progress; we’re six years in, but only 5% done.

What you'll do:

Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we've encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward. The role oversees our fulfillment and logistics centers across UAE, KSA and Egypt. You will focus on optimizing and securing the technology infrastructure that powers our fulfillment centers and logistics distribution networks. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader who can drive innovation and efficiency through IT systems.

• Oversee IT infrastructure and technology strategy for fulfillment centers and logistics hubs across UAE, KSA, and Egypt.
• Ensure seamless IT operations, network stability, and system uptime to support 24/7 logistics and fulfillment center operations.
• Drive IT security measures, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance to safeguard operations across UAE, KSA and Egypt.
• Work closely with business and operations stakeholders across UAE, KSA, and Egypt in cost optimization projects related to IT infrastructure and network design/automation to achieve efficiency and scalability.
• Maintain the Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and automation technologies to improve fulfillment efficiency.
• Oversee the deployment of IoT, RFID, robotics, and AI-driven automation in warehouses to enhance process efficiency.
• Ensure effective IT support, SLA compliance, troubleshooting procedures, and vendor coordination for uninterrupted fulfillment processes.
• Lead IT projects, disaster recovery planning, cybersecurity protocols, and cloud-based infrastructure improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to align IT with business objectives.
• Manage a team of IT engineers, system administrators, and outsourced support teams, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement.

What you’ll need?

• Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or IT Security.
• 10+ years of IT leadership experience, preferably in logistics, fulfillment, eCommerce, or supply chain environments.
• Expertise in supply chain and logistics automation technologies.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing, networking, cybersecurity, and infrastructure management.
• Hands-on experience in networking (Cisco, Microsoft, Linux), IT security, and data protection.
• Proven ability to manage IT support teams and SLA-driven IT service delivery.
• Experience working in multi-country IT operations with a focus on the Middle East region.
