Overview

We\'ve partnered with a stealth mode Fintech startup aiming to increase Wealth Management access across MENA. They\'ve secured significant funding and are entering a rapid scale-up phase, building a brand new tech team in Dubai. They are looking for a Head of Infrastructure. You will manage a team of up to 10 people and report directly into the CTO.

Location and work setup: UAE-based preferred, relocation considered with a provided budget. Fully remote role with the aim to open a Dubai-based office within the year.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of up to 10 people and report directly to the CTO.

Qualifications

• A deep understanding of GCP (Google Cloud Platform), with recent commercial experience.
• FinTech experience, ideally within payments.
• Recent hands on DevOps experience.
• Management experience of leading teams of 10 and above.
• 0-1 experience.
• Multi cloud experience : GCP, AWS and Azure.
• My client are ideally looking for someone already based in the UAE, but will consider relocating exceptional candidates.
