Job description

Responsible for supervising the work of the Information Technology Department, developing general policies and strategies for information technology, providing necessary technical support to improve performance, and applying the best technical solutions across all areas of the Academy. This includes collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, utilizing the latest applications and systems in information security, and ensuring technical support and solutions meet the Academy's needs and goals.

Requirements

  • Set objectives, initiatives, and operational plans for the IT Department, and continuously measure and monitor their progress.
  • Contribute to achieving the department's main objectives, guiding the team towards goal attainment and improving service quality, accuracy, and effectiveness.
  • Develop and document processes, procedures, policies, and work systems related to IT management, ensuring adherence.
  • Monitor department performance against set targets, taking corrective actions as necessary.
  • Prepare and manage the annual IT budget, ensuring compliance.
