Job summary

EGA is seeking a Senior Director – Industry 4.0 to drive the company into a regional Industry 4.0 lighthouse. You will own the end-to-end analytics strategy, data governance, and program delivery through a team of data scientists and engineers.

You will partner with executives across business units to define roadmaps, ensure data-driven decision making, and realize tangible business value in client service, growth and risk reduction through data assets.

Qualifications

• BSc or MS in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 20+ years in metal/mining with portfolio of visible, complex projects.
• Expert mix of business knowledge, technical fluency and project management excellence.
• Strong planning, collaboration and ambiguity handling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Industry 4.0 portfolio across the organization and maturity levels.
• Develop strategic, long-range goals from business condition analyses.
• Lead data lifecycle strategy including data management, analytics and reporting.
• Drive a data-driven culture and governance with measurable business value.
• Collaborate with product, design, engineering, operations, finance and marketing to define roadmaps.
• Communicate at all levels including executives and board members.
