Job summary

Salt is building a new in-house creative agency in Abu Dhabi. We are seeking a senior Creative Director / Studio Director to lead the function from the ground up, combining creative vision with studio and production leadership.

You will set creative direction, establish processes, manage a multi-brand portfolio, and build a high-performing team that delivers across film, photography, digital and events.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a senior Creative Director or Studio Director role.
• Experience leading integrated in-house creative production teams.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end creative journeys from brief to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Set the overall creative vision, standards and direction for the in-house agency.
• Oversee the delivery of creative projects from briefing to final production.
• Build a high-performing studio and production operation.
• Establish processes and standards for scale and efficiency.
• Partner with senior leadership across brands and business units to translate needs into effective creative solutions.
