Job summary

Flip retail in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Art Supervisor to lead designers, photographers and videographers in shaping concepts and brand visuals. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, ensuring briefs are clear and aligned with the creative strategy while maintaining high aesthetic standards.

The role requires a strong foundation in graphic design, typography, photography and motion, plus fluency in English and Arabic.

Qualifications

• UAE national with a Family Book.
• Minimum 8 years in an innovative design-focused environment (studio/agency/creative group).
• Experience collaborating with local and international partners to push creative boundaries.
• Strong foundation in aesthetics: graphic design, typography, photography, motion, makeup, color, etc.
• Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the creative director across all advertising and interaction output.
• Lead the design and media team to translate briefs and concepts into deliverables.
• Develop and maintain the organisation’s visual identity and branding.
• Oversee storytelling projects across digital and other media, ensuring consistency.
• Inspire the team with trends and alternative approaches to deliver on time.
• Work with production to storyboard and plan visuals in line with the creative method.

Our client, a vibrant federal government entity is looking for an experienced as well as imaginative Art Supervisor to join their group in Abu Dhabi. The Director will be accountable for leading the executional group of designers, digital photographers, as well as guide videographers on concepts as essential, designing as required.

The role:

• Work very closely with the creative approach director across all the organisation's advertising as well as interaction output
• Identify exactly how best to stand for the innovative director' concepts
• Lead the team of developers as well as photographers, making certain briefs and principles are clearly defined and tailored as required
• Lead the development of the organisation's brand and also aesthetic identity
• Look after the aesthetic identification, design and result of integrated storytelling projects as required

• Equipped with fluency in neighborhood society and also a finger on the pulse of innovative reasoning
• Capability to utilize the ADOBE style suite
