Head of HR - UAE

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute the company’s HR strategies and policies in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
2. Oversee HR functions including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations.
3. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth implementation of HR operations.
4. Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations in all HR practices.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management or a related field.
2. Minimum 8 years of HR management experience; prior experience in the UAE is preferred.
3. Strong communication, coordination, and team management skills.
4. In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations, with a solid understanding of legal compliance.
