Job Overview:

A large organization with 2,000+ employees is looking for an experienced Head of Human Resources to lead its HR department. This role requires a strategic leader with expertise in HR transformation, talent management, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

• HR Leadership & Strategy Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's long-term goals.
• Workforce Planning & Talent Acquisition Lead hiring strategies, workforce planning, and succession planning.
• Performance Management Implement and oversee performance evaluation systems to drive employee growth and organizational success.
• Employee Relations & Engagement Foster a positive work culture, oversee employee relations, and drive engagement initiatives.
• Training & Development Design and implement learning programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
• HR Compliance & Governance Ensure adherence to UAE labor laws and HR policies, managing compliance and audits.
• HR Transformation Lead the transition from traditional HR functions to modern, efficient, and performance-driven HR practices.
• Compensation & Benefits Oversee salary structures, employee benefits, and reward systems to maintain market competitiveness.

Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience in HR leadership, with a proven track record in workforce planning, talent management, and HR operations.
• Expertise in UAE labor laws, HR governance, and compliance.
• Strong leadership skills to drive cultural and organizational change.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic & English.
