Lilly Gulf affiliate is seeking an experienced analytics leader to define and govern the data and insights layer for the region. You will shape the data foundation, govern definitions, and drive output that changes strategic decisions.

Qualifications

8+ years in analytics, insights or data-driven commercial roles with a track record of turning analysis into decisions.
Experience influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority.
Fluency in modern data ecosystems including analytics platforms, data governance, AI/ML, personalization and CRM.

Responsibilities

Lead advanced analytics and predictive work and translate into actionable recommendations.
Own the Gulf affiliate's data and analytics roadmap and ensure data quality and definitions.
Partner with technology teams to connect customer, engagement and commercial data.
Lead market research and insight agenda, integrating qualitative and digital signals.
Identify, prioritize and scale AI/use-case value with governance and partners.
Establish data governance and compliance across markets and measure impact.
