The role requires a proven track record in business leadership, P&L management, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality glass solutions and strong market performance in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in business leadership roles within the glass packaging or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of glass manufacturing processes and market dynamics.
• Proven track record in driving growth, managing P&L and leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the strategic business plan for the glass packaging division.
• Identify market trends and opportunities to grow the business.
• Lead business development efforts to acquire clients in the perfume/cosmetics sector.
• Oversee end-to-end supply chain including sourcing, manufacturing, quality, and logistics.
• Prepare budgets and monitor financial performance for the division.
