Position: Head of Foodservice Sales

We are seeking a Head of Foodservice Sales to oversee a sales team and key Gulf markets.

The role will be fully P&L responsible for Foodservice / HORECA channel sales across a portfolio of GCC countries. Primary responsibilities include maintaining and developing key customer and distributor relationships in line with company objectives, leading a team of commercial professionals across the region, coaching and mentoring to maximize performance, and delivering against targets.

The position also involves launching new products successfully in the market, managing trade spends, and applying best practice financial expertise.
