Job Description

• Develop and implement group-wide financial strategies in alignment with business objectives.
• Advise senior leadership on financial planning, risk, investments, and capital structuring.
• Oversee consolidated financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance with IFRS and local regulations.
• Manage group-level cash flow, treasury, and banking relationships.
• Monitor performance through KPIs and financial analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Implement strong internal controls, policies, and risk management practices.
• Lead and mentor a multi-entity finance team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a strong academic background.
• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, preferably with exposure to diversified industries.
• Experience in multi-entity financial consolidation and group reporting.
• In-depth knowledge of IFRS, taxation, and local statutory requirements.
• Proficient in financial systems and ERP tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.).
• Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and strategic mindset.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience working in the UAE / GCC region or other multi-jurisdictional environments.
• Exposure to sectors such as manufacturing, trading, or services is a plus.
