Job Title: Head of Finance/Fund Raising

Location: Business Bay, Dubai

Salary: AED 25,000 per month

Job Description:

We are working with Casagrand to identify an experienced Head of Finance to join their leadership team. This is a key role that will be responsible for overseeing the entire financial management function, with a particular emphasis on real estate fundraising, VAT compliance, and audit processes.

Qualifications & Experience:

1. Mandatory: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
2. At least 10 years of experience in finance, with a strong background in fundraising within the real estate sector.
3. In-depth knowledge of VAT regulations, accounting standards, and audit processes.
4. Proven experience in raising capital for real estate projects and handling investor relations.
5. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a finance team effectively.
6. Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills.
7. Proficient in financial software and systems commonly used in the real estate industry.
