Head of Finance

As the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities within the organization. You will develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure efficient financial management. The Head of Finance will also provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve financial goals.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure efficient financial management.
2. Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making and drive performance improvement.
3. Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial plans and budgets.
5. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
6. Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
7. Manage relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and other external stakeholders.
8. Monitor cash flow and manage working capital to optimize financial resources.
9. Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, providing guidance and support.
10. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in financial management.

Minimum Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in a senior finance role, preferably in a leadership position.
3. Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Advanced proficiency in financial analysis tools and software.
6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
7. Professional certification such as CPA or CFA is preferred.
