Job Description

The Head of Finance is responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the organization, including financial planning, reporting, and analysis. This senior leadership role involves guiding the financial strategy, ensuring compliance with regulations, and optimizing financial performance in alignment with the company’s objectives. Operating in the UAE’s business landscape, the Head of Finance will work closely with executive leadership and departments to provide strategic insights, drive cost efficiency, and manage risks while ensuring adherence to local tax and financial regulations.

Responsibilities

1. Developing and implementing financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the effective management of the organization’s finances.
2. Overseeing the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
3. Managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes to support organizational goals and operational efficiency.
4. Providing strategic financial guidance to executive leadership and department heads to drive profitability and cost savings.
5. Ensuring compliance with UAE financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting standards.
6. Leading the treasury function, managing cash flow, liquidity, and financial risk.

Requirements
