Operating across multiple jurisdictions, the group is strengthening its governance, compliance, and strategic infrastructure to support continued growth and international expansion.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive, hands-on, and commercially minded Head of Family Office to serve as a cornerstone for both shareholders’ personal and business affairs. This senior leadership role will oversee corporate governance, multi-jurisdictional legal and tax compliance, group financing, and M&A initiatives, while also acting as a trusted advisor to shareholders. The successful candidate will bring deep technical expertise, international experience, and the ability to balance strategy with execution in a dynamic global environment.

The Position
Key Responsibilities

Corporate & Legal Affairs

  • Manage corporate secretarial and administrative functions for all group entities, ensuring legal compliance across jurisdictions (Cyprus, Malta, UK, BVI, Cayman Islands, UAE).
  • Oversee economic substance requirements, proactively managing documentation to maintain compliance.
  • Serve as primary liaison for legal matters with external counsel, ensuring adherence to regulatory frameworks, including obligations for offshore investment funds.
  • Advise on and implement optimal corporate and tax structures to support group objectives, including entity formation and restructuring.

Financial & Strategic Operations

  • Collaborate with advisors to develop and execute international tax strategies.
  • Lead group financing transactions, including negotiation, documentation, and execution.
  • Drive evaluation, due diligence, and execution of new investment opportunities, M&A transactions, and post-acquisition integration.

Shareholder & Family Affairs

  • Act as trusted advisor to the shareholders, facilitating communication and alignment on key decisions.
  • Oversee personal financial and legal affairs for shareholders with discretion and efficiency.
The Ideal Candidate

Qualifications & Experience

  • 7–10 years of senior leadership experience in a family office, corporate services firm, or private practice with multi-jurisdictional focus.
  • Professional qualification in law, accounting, or related field (ACA, ACCA, CPA, or qualified lawyer); MBA or LLM preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise in corporate administration, economic substance compliance, and fund regulation.
  • Proven track record in M&A and complex financial transactions.
