Artificial Intelligence & Data Talent Partner at Discovered MENA

Location : Hybrid role in Dubai (relocation support will be provided)

In this role, you will

• Set the technical vision, architecture, and roadmap to scale our platform across diverse markets and partners.
• Hire, mentor, and retain a high-performing engineering team that embodies our values, fostering resilience, innovation, and accountability.
• Design and deliver systems ranging from AI-driven credit scoring to real-time decision engines and embedded financial products.
• Lead our DevOps strategy, including CI / CD pipelines and best practices for rapid, reliable releases.
• Partner with Product, Data, and Business teams to transform ambitious concepts into seamless user and lender experiences.

What We’re Looking For

• 8 - 10+ years of engineering experience, including 3 - 5 years in leadership.
• Proven success scaling systems, teams, and architecture in high-growth settings.
• Strong backend expertise (Python, Node.js, or Go), cloud infrastructure experience (Azure), and familiarity with modern data platforms.
• Hands-on experience bringing AI / ML solutions to market.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in creating AI or data-heavy products.
• Extensive experience architecting and scaling production systems.
• Creative thinker who challenges norms and can lead R&D from concept to launch.

Bonus Points

• Published research or open-source contributions in AI or data.
