The Head of Engineering at ASICO Real Estate will oversee all aspects of real estate project development, from design and planning to execution and handover. The role requires expertise in landscape maintenance and construction , facility management, Project management, and real estate development to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Engineering to oversee and lead all engineering functions across our group of companies. This strategic leadership role will be responsible for supervising and managing three critical areas: Landscape Department, Project Management, and Facility Management. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience handling projects of varying sizes and will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency, quality, and sustainability of engineering operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Landscape Department:
  • Provide strategic oversight on landscape design, development, and maintenance across all company properties
  • Ensure sustainable and environmentally friendly landscaping solutions that align with industry best practices
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts for landscape projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and high-quality outcomes
  • Oversee compliance with local environmental and safety regulations
  • Project Management:
  • Lead and supervise the execution of engineering projects, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and scope
  • Develop and implement project management frameworks, ensuring best practices in risk management, resource allocation, and quality control
  • Oversee teams handling small to large-scale projects, ensuring efficiency and excellence at every stage
  • Review and approve project plans, feasibility studies, and technical reports
  • Foster collaboration between different departments to align engineering initiatives with overall business goals
  • Facility Management:
  • Develop and oversee maintenance strategies to ensure the reliability and longevity of company facilities
  • Implement energy-efficient and sustainable facility management practices
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations in all facility operations
  • Optimize facility operations by leveraging the latest technologies and automation where applicable
