Head of Ecommerce - Fashion Apparel - Dubai

Our boutique fashion apparel brand client seeks a highly experienced Head of ECommerce & Digital to lead and drive their global e-commerce business. This role is responsible for the full P&L management of the e-commerce operations in local and international markets, ensuring sustainable growth, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate must have strong leadership experience in e-commerce, digital strategy, UI/UX optimization, international expansion, warehousing, logistics, and last-mile fulfilment. Experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud [SFCC] is essential, as is being comfortable pulling together dashboards and being able to track and analyse data themselves across e-commerce and digital performance. [via PowerBI, GA4 plus reporting tools within SF and Shopify]

Key Requirements:

• 12+ years of experience in e-commerce leadership, with a proven track record of managing P&L for an online business.
• Must have over 3 years of recent experience within the Fashion apparel domain.
• Must have strong experience with SFCC. You should have worked with SF within the last 2 years.
• Hands-on experience with performance marketing, digital marketing and customer acquisition strategies.
• Must be comfortable to pull together dashboards and be able to track and analyse data themselves, across e-commerce and digital performance. [PowerBI, GA4, etc]
• Strong background in UI/UX optimisation, conversion rate improvement, and digital transformation.
• Knowledge of E-commerce best practices, omnichannel strategies, and DTC brand growth.
