This senior leadership role is dedicated to exponentially increasing the scale and profitability of our e-commerce platforms. The incumbent will architect and implement comprehensive strategies to boost GMV, leveraging all available growth levers, including marketplace seller management, data analytics, pricing, Fulfillment, Ad revenue, technology etc to create differentiators. The role will involve leading cross-functional teams, optimize seller performance, and drive operational excellence to position the organization as a leader in the digital retail landscape.

Qualitative Requirements & Summary of Expectations

  • GMV Growth: Achieve substantial increases in GMV through strategic initiatives and effective execution.
  • Market Leadership: Position the organization as a leading e-commerce player in the region in terms of market share.
