Head of Digital Solutions Job Responsibilities:
Strategic Digital Leadership
• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy to support business growth, customer engagement, and operational efficiencies in the MEA region.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement emerging digital technologies to enhance the company’s service offerings.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate digital health solutions into business and clinical workflows.
• Ensure alignment of digital initiatives with the company’s core values.
Customer & Market engagement
• Drive digital innovation to enhance the patient journey, healthcare provider experience, and distributor engagement.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create digital solutions that address key challenges.
• Leverage data analytics and AI-driven insights to optimize treatment pathways and improve patient outcomes.
Digital Product development implementation
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of digital health applications, patient monitoring tools, and connected care platforms.
• Partner with IT, R&D, marketing, and commercial teams to ensure the successful implementation of digital solutions.
• Oversee user adoption strategies, including training programs and change management initiatives.
