In 2022, the firm expanded into the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) to bring its expertise and tailored wealth solutions closer to UAE clients.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a digital-savvy and data-driven Head of Digital Sales to lead client acquisition, optimize the sales funnel, and grow Assets Under Management (AUM) for our Dubai operations.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of wealth management in the GCC region, experience in digital client engagement, and a proven track record in managing sales pipelines and customer relationships in a tech-driven financial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Sales Strategy & Funnel Optimization:
  1. Develop and execute a digital sales strategy for the UAE and GCC markets.
  2. Optimize the sales funnel from lead generation to client onboarding and retention.
  3. Use CRM tools, automation, and AI to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
  4. Track and analyze conversion rates for continuous improvement.
Client Acquisition & Market Growth:
  1. Drive multi-channel strategies (organic, paid, partnerships) to attract HNWIs, retail, and institutional clients.
  2. Build partnerships with local/regional financial institutions, family offices, and corporates.
  3. Utilize Sharia-compliant offerings to expand the investor base.
  4. Align lead generation campaigns with sales goals in collaboration with marketing.
Client Relationship Management & Retention:
  1. Build strong client relationships with personalized digital investment solutions.
  2. Implement data-driven engagement strategies to enhance retention.
  3. Develop loyalty programs, referral strategies, and client education initiatives for UAE investors.
Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  1. Lead and mentor a sales and relationship management team, promoting a digital-first culture.
  2. Work closely with product, marketing, and tech teams to align solutions with customer needs.
  3. Stay updated on UAE regulatory frameworks (DFSA, SCA) and ensure compliance.
Key Requirements:
  1. 7-12 years experience in wealth management, FinTech, investment advisory, or digital banking in the UAE or GCC.
  2. Expertise in digital sales funnel management, CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and sales optimization.
  3. Strong understanding of investment products, portfolio management, and financial planning in the UAE.
  4. Proven success in client acquisition, AUM growth, and digital wealth management sales.
  5. Experience with Sharia-compliant financial products is a plus.
  6. Bachelors/Masters in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
  7. CFA, CFP, or similar certifications preferred.
  8. Fluent in English and Arabic (preferred).
