Job Title : Head of Digital Retail Solutions (DRS)
Job Purpose :
The role is responsible for driving the strategic growth and operational excellence of the Digital Retail Solutions business line. The role includes identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, managing the internal sales and billing teams, overseeing vendor partnerships, and maintaining continuous coordination with the Brinks Global Team. This individual will act as a key link between product innovation, client requirements, and operational delivery.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Business Development & Sales Strategy
- Drive revenue growth for the Digital Retail Solutions (DRS) product suite by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and pricing models in alignment with global and regional directives.
- Create and maintain a robust sales pipeline and actively manage the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine sales tactics and product positioning.
2. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key enterprise and retail clients.Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their needs and proposing tailored DRS solutions.Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through timely issue resolution and proactive support.3. Team Management
Lead and manage the internal Sales and Billing Team responsible for DRS accounts.Set and monitor performance KPIs for the team; conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching.Collaborate with Finance and Operations to streamline billing cycles, ensure revenue realization, and resolve discrepancies.Implement training programs to improve team skillsets and product knowledge.Act as the primary point of contact for DRS-related vendors and service partners.Negotiate contracts, manage SLAs, and ensure timely delivery of products or services.Conduct periodic performance reviews with vendors to ensure alignment with business goals and operational efficiency.Resolve conflicts, delays, or quality issues in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.5. Coordination with Brinks Global Team
Maintain regular communication with the Brinks Global Team to align local strategies with global objectives.Provide periodic updates on performance metrics, market insights, and business challenges.Participate in global meetings, workshops, and strategic planning sessions.Collaborate on global initiatives such as product updates, pilot projects, or international client acquisitions.6. Reporting & Analysis
Prepare and present detailed business performance reports including sales forecasts, revenue analysis, and market trends.Monitor KPIs and OKRs specific to DRS and ensure corrective actions are taken for any underperformance.Support the budgeting and planning process for the DRS vertical.7. Operational Excellence
Work with operations to ensure that DRS solutions are delivered efficiently, with a focus on service quality and customer satisfaction.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, IT, Logistics, Compliance) to deliver end-to-end DRS projects.Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.Qualifications & Requirements :
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).Experience :
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in B2B business development, preferably in financial services, logistics, fintech, or retail technology.Prior experience managing sales teams and working with international partners.Experience in digital payment solutions, smart safes, or cash management services is a strong advantage.Skills :
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, data analytics platforms, SalesforceStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to multitask and manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.Sales growth and new client acquisition.Revenue realization and billing accuracy.Client satisfaction and retention rates.Vendor performance and SLA adherence.Coordination effectiveness with Brinks Global Team.Seniority level
