Job description

Location: AJMAN, UAE

We are seeking a passionate and strategic Head of Digital Marketing to lead and expand our digital presence across all platforms. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the luxury sector. Experience in luxury fragrance or luxury cosmetics categories is highly preferred.

You will be responsible for shaping our digital marketing strategy, driving online brand growth, and delivering innovative digital campaigns that reflect the high standards of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue.
  2. Lead all aspects of digital channels including SEO, SEM, social media, CRM, email marketing, influencer partnerships, and e-commerce marketing.
  3. Build and manage digital advertising campaigns ensuring alignment with brand positioning and global marketing initiatives.
  4. Collaborate closely with creative, product, e-commerce, and retail teams to deliver cohesive customer journeys.
  5. Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to optimize effectiveness and ROI.
  6. Manage and grow a high-performing digital marketing team.
  7. Stay updated on digital trends, platform changes, and luxury consumer behavior to ensure the brand remains a leader in the digital space.
  8. Oversee relationships with digital agencies and external partners.
  9. Drive innovation and experimentation across digital initiatives to enhance brand prestige and desirability.
Qualifications:
  1. 4+ years of experience in digital marketing.
  2. Prior experience working with a luxury brand is required.
  3. Experience in the luxury fragrance or luxury cosmetics industry is highly preferred.
  4. Strong understanding of luxury consumer mindset and digital behaviors.
  5. Expertise in data-driven marketing, CRM, and performance marketing.
  6. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
