We are partnering with a fast-growing property investment and buying firm to hire a Head of Digital Marketing based in Dubai.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic, hands-on marketing leader to take full ownership of digital performance channels, drive lead acquisition, and lead a growing team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Real estate experience or a background in property-related businesses is a strong advantage.

Position : Head of Digital Marketing

Location : Dubai (JLT)

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business growth goals.
  • Manage and optimise paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta / Facebook Ads, etc.) with a focus on ROI and high-quality lead generation.
  • Lead SEO efforts including technical optimisation, content strategy, and link-building to boost organic performance.
  • Oversee social media strategy across platforms (especially Facebook and Instagram), building brand awareness and educating target audiences.
  • Drive email marketing efforts, including automated nurturing campaigns to convert leads over time.
  • Manage website performance with a strong focus on user experience (UX), conversion rate optimisation (CRO), and content strategy.
  • Collaborate with analysts to enhance reporting dashboards and track key marketing metrics that support performance decisions.
  • Lead and develop the digital marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, performance, and continuous learning.
  • Evaluate and manage marketing technology tools to maximise efficiency and campaign impact.
  • Explore and implement traditional marketing opportunities when aligned with strategic goals (e.g., direct mail, brand partnerships).

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in digital / performance marketing roles with a strong track record of results.
  • Expertise in paid media channels (Search, Social, Programmatic) and performance-driven campaign management.
  • Solid understanding of SEO strategy and content development.
  • Experience managing and optimising WordPress websites for lead generation.
  • Familiarity with social media and email marketing best practices.
  • Proficient in data tools such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and marketing automation systems.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and scaling a high-performing marketing team.
  • Deep knowledge of customer journeys, audience segmentation, and multi-channel marketing strategies.
  • Experience in the property, real estate, or financial services sectors is highly desirable.
