Experience and Competencies Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of experience in digital transformation or digital leadership roles, preferably within complex organizations
  • A degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's is a plus
  • Demonstrated success in implementing scalable digital initiatives across multiple business units
  • Strong knowledge of digital tools and trends, including cloud, analytics, customer platforms, and UX / CX design
  • Experience managing digital product lifecycles, agile teams, and vendor relationships
  • Strong communication and change management skills, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders around digital goals
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making and performance tracking

Functional Description

  • Lead the execution of the digital strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
  • Identify and deliver technology-enabled solutions that improve customer experience and operational efficiency
  • Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to keep the organization digitally competitive
  • Oversee the design, development, and optimization of digital channels and platforms
  • Collaborate with IT, marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of digital initiatives
