Key Requirements:
Bachelor s or Master s degree in English, Education, or related field.
Valid teaching certification/license.
Minimum of 5 years teaching experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Expertise in English curriculum planning and assessment.
Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate the English department s teaching staff.
Develop and implement the English curriculum in line with school standards.
Monitor and evaluate teaching effectiveness and student progress.
Organize professional development activities for department staff.
Support teachers with resource development and lesson planning.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and academic excellence.
