Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the Chemistry department , ensuring academic excellence and curriculum alignment.

Lead the development, planning, and implementation of the Chemistry curriculum in line with American / British standards.

Mentor and support Chemistry teachers, fostering a collaborative and innovative teaching environment.

Monitor student performance and implement strategies to enhance learning outcomes.

Ensure compliance with ADEK and school policies, while maintaining a positive and engaging classroom culture.

Drive department initiatives to continuously improve teaching quality and student achievement.

Candidate Requirements

Education : Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related discipline.

Qualification : Valid teaching license or education diploma.

Experience :
