As the HOD Finance & Accounts, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial and accounting operations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the economic stability and growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the company's financial goals are met
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and financial reports
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations to senior management
• Manage the company's cash flow and ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors, suppliers, and employees
• Lead and manage the finance and accounting team, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
• Maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws
• Work closely with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the board of directors

Qualifications:

• CA/ACCA/CMA qualified
• Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a technology, telecom, or construction company, preferably with contracting business
• Strong knowledge of financial and accounting principles and practices
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
