Coberg is a global Salesforce consulting firm across EMEA with a focus on the Middle East. We have been growing 2x for the past 3 years and we are looking for a top candidate that would be the Head of Delivery/CTO leading the Delivery Centre operations which is in Cairo. The position will be based in Dubai, UAE, and we will be facilitating the move with a reallocation package to the right candidate. This position has a profit-sharing schema % from the total firm profits. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Delivery/Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technical delivery teams and drive our company's technological vision, strategies, and growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of our business, ensuring the successful delivery of our solutions, and contributing to the innovation and direction of our company.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of technical experts, architects, developers, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute the company's technical vision, strategies, and roadmaps, aligning them with the overall business goals.
  • Drive innovation by keeping abreast of the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with other senior leadership to develop and implement technology initiatives that support the company's growth and market positioning.
  • Manage the delivery pipeline, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with the highest quality standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their technical needs and translating those into successful solutions.
  • Develop and manage the technology budget, resource allocation, and strategic planning for the delivery department.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or relevant business qualifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role in a technical consulting company or a similar industry, with a track record of successfully leading delivery teams and projects.
  • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, technologies, and architecture.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and drive technical teams toward the company's vision.
  • Experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and resource management.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset and a keen eye for emerging technologies and industry trends.
