Job description

1. Strategy Formulation and Implementation: Based on the overall business strategy in Asia - Africa, lead the team in business and market analysis and trend forecasting. Formulate and implement the strategic plan for the delivery service department to ensure alignment with the company's overall strategic objectives. Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure compliance - free performance processes and effectively support performance requirements for the achievement of business objectives.

2. Process Construction: Manage and optimize the delivery service processes in the Asia - Africa region to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and with high quality. Ensure prompt customer issue resolution and increased customer satisfaction.

3. Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage the department budget to ensure efficient resource utilization and cost control. Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and tools to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.

4. Risk and Quality Management: Ensure project execution quality to meet customer needs. Identify and assess potential operational risks and develop response strategies. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

5. Local Team Capacity Building: Based on the business plan, define the local talent development strategy. Recruit, train, and develop a high - performance local delivery service team. Design effective collaboration mechanisms to promote teamwork and innovation.

Job Requirements

1. Educational Background: A bachelor's degree or above, typically in relevant fields such as project management, engineering management, or business management.

2. Work Experience: At least 10 years of project management experience, with in - depth understanding and practical experience in project management processes, methods, and tools, and at least 5 years of experience in managing medium - to - large - sized delivery service teams.
