Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking head of dealing desk for FX/CFD brokerage in Dubai. You will lead daily operations and manage liquidity providers and execution venues.

Role requires strong leadership, FX/CFD market knowledge, and experience with MT5 infrastructure. Remote work option offered.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years' experience leading Dealing operations within a Forex/CFD brokerage
• Strong knowledge of MT5 Manager and brokerage trading infrastructure
• Experience with PrimeXM, Centroid, oneZero or equivalent bridge technology
• Strong understanding of liquidity management, execution quality and pricing
• Excellent leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to perform under fast-moving market conditions
• Experience managing institutional trading operations
• Knowledge of FIX API connectivity and liquidity aggregation
