Job summary

The Lemon Consulting seeks a Head of Dealing Desk FX/CFD Brokerage to lead global risk management and liquidity strategies from a hybrid/remote setup, with Dubai preference. You will oversee A-Book/B-Book and Hybrid models, monitor client flow and risk, and build a high-performing team across trading operations.

Responsibilities include hedging design with providers, setting exposure limits, and producing executive risk reports to inform leadership decisions in a fast-moving FX/CFD environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 35 years of experience in Forex/CFD brokerage risk management.
• Strong understanding of A-Book/B-Book models and exposure management.
• Hands-on experience with MT5 Manager PrimeXM Centroid oneZero or similar trading infrastructure.
• Deep knowledge of hedging liquidity management and institutional trading operations.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills under pressure.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
