Job summary

Group-IB seeks a senior product leader to own and drive the Cyber Intelligence product line. You will manage a team of Product Managers, shape a 2–3 year vision and a 12-month roadmap, and ensure alignment with company strategy.

You’ll collaborate with the Chief Product Officer to translate customer insights into product investments and pricing decisions. You will lead discovery, pricing, and packaging initiatives while partnering with Sales and Regional Heads to ensure the roadmap supports

Qualifications

• Product leadership: proven track record of owning a product line or portfolio and coaching a team of product managers.
• Strategy & roadmap: ability to hold a 2–3 year vision and a focused 12-month roadmap aligned to company strategy.
• Discovery discipline: set discovery agenda, allocate effort by priority, define evidence standards.
• Commercial & market impact: own pricing and packaging architecture and win/loss dynamics at the product-line level.
• Measurement & learning: define product-health metrics and review after shipping.
• Leadership & influence: build PM capability and collaborate with engineering and marketing peers.
• Cyber domain experience in cyber threat intelligence, cybersecurity, or related data-driven product space.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain a 2–3 year vision and a 12-month roadmap for the product line, with 2–3 strategic bets.
• Decide which products receive investment, maintenance, or sunset, with evidence-based rationale.
• Translate company OKRs into product-line priorities and ensure PM goals align to the strategy.
• Set the discovery agenda and establish evidence standards for decisions.
• Own pricing, packaging, and renewal pricing logic, and align with commercial leadership.
• Directly manage the Product Managers, coaching and developing their capabilities.
• Partner with Sales/Revenue and Regional Heads to translate pipeline into product decisions.
