Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and highly experienced Head of Corporate Affairs & Operations to join ITP Media Group. This strategic role is responsible for shaping and protecting our corporate reputation while driving internal operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be a masterful communicator and a savvy operator, capable of ensuring seamless alignment between our external brand identity and our internal processes. You will act as a key advisor to the CEO, manage critical support functions, and foster a culture of collaboration, clarity, and efficiency across the entire company.

Responsibilities
1. Strategic Communications
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive communications strategy that enhances the company\'s public image and reputation
  • Act as the primary guardian of the corporate brand, ensuring consistent messaging across all external-facing channels
  • Manage all press relations, acting as the key media contact, handling inquiries, writing corporate press releases and proactively seeking positive coverage
  • Ensure that internal guidelines are adhered to when staff speak to external media via panel discussions, speaking engagements, or otherwise
  • Oversee the corporate social media strategy and channels, as well as the professional social media presence of the CEO, ensuring alignment with company values and goals
2. Operational Excellence & Process Management
  • Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all departments to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance
  • Champion operational excellence by identifying and eliminating workflow bottlenecks, implementing efficient processes, and promoting best practices
  • Ensure all SOPs and process documents are centrally located, easily accessible, and regularly updated
3. Internal Communications & Organisational Alignment
  • Working closely with HR, design and manage an internal communications program that ensures all employees are informed of company developments, strategic goals, new processes, and initiatives in a timely and engaging manner
  • Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration, breaking down silos and ensuring all teams are aware of and working towards unified organisational objectives
  • Organise and manage key annual corporate events, including our annual awards ceremony, team-building activities, and end-of-year functions
4. Team Leadership & Office Management
  • Provide strong leadership and direction to the Office Management and Procurement teams
  • Oversee the procurement process to ensure it is efficient, transparent, and delivers value for money
  • Manage the office environment to ensure a productive, safe, and positive workspace for all employees
  • Oversee ad hoc strategic projects as assigned by the CEO
5. Compliance & Business Development
  • Lead the compliance department, ensuring the timely renewal and maintenance of all legal documents and operational licenses
  • Ensure company-wide compliance with relevant laws, including media, employment, data privacy and commercial practices
  • Lead corporate development efforts including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and partnerships aligned with strategic growth
  • Support expansion into new revenue models, platforms or markets (e.g. digital transformation, regional expansion)
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 6+ years of progressive experience in a hybrid role encompassing corporate communications, operations management, or corporate affairs.
  • Proven experience in the UAE market is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated success in managing corporate reputation, handling press relations, and developing CEO communications.
  • Strong track record of developing and implementing successful SOPs and driving process improvements that enhance business efficiency.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams (e.g., procurement, administration).
  • Expert-level written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in managing corporate social media platforms and digital communication tools.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and strategic thinking.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
