• Drive Commercial Success: Take ownership of P&L, negotiate high-value 3PL contracts, and build strong relationships with key clients in retail, e-commerce, and B2B sectors. Your commercial acumen will secure cost savings and boost profitability.
• Inspire and Manage Teams: Lead a diverse team of warehouse managers and staff, setting KPIs, coaching for performance, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Your leadership will empower up to 80+ people across multiple locations.
• Optimize Processes: Implement strategic initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency, streamline fulfillment, and reduce costs. Leverage methodologies like Lean Six Sigma or HACCP to deliver measurable results.
• Engage Stakeholders: Collaborate with major clients across Pharma, FMCG, Retail, Automotive ensuring their needs are met while driving revenue growth (top line). Your ability to manage stakeholder relationships will be key to success.
