At OUI, content creation is core to everything we do. This is not a producer role. It is a creative leadership position. The Studio Director / Head of Content is as pivotal to our output as a Creative Director.

What you’ll do :

  • Develop bold campaigns. from concept to execution—for global luxury & lifestyle brands.
  • Guide a multidisciplinary team (designers, editors, creators) and elevate every output.
  • Direct shoots , oversee post, and push visual innovation across all formats.
  • Co-own pitches & RFPs, shaping creative proposals that win business.
  • Champion next-gen tools, AI, new workflows, and tech that redefine content creation.
  • Build & scale the studio, hire talent, define processes, and mentor growth.

You’ll need to bring :

  • 7+ years in creative content roles (art direction, design, video, or content creation).
  • Proven leadership experience across both high-level campaigns and day-to-day content.
  • Experience working with luxury or premium brands , especially in hospitality, F&B, and lifestyle .
  • A portfolio that blends concept, direction, and execution, not just production oversight, but real creative input and authorship.
  • Mastery across formats : short videos, reels, carousels, branded photography, motion graphics, typography, and more .
  • Deep understanding of social, digital, and visual culture , and how to create content that cuts through.
  • Up-to-date with the latest AI creative tools and content production workflows, and knows how to use them to speed up, level up, and innovate.
  • Brings a strong personal creative touch, from how we tell stories to how we design, animate, or present our ideas.
  • Comfortable crafting brand worlds, pushing executional quality, and reinventing the way we present our work.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills, you know how to inspire clients and your team.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written); Arabic is a plus.

We’re not looking for a coordinator.

We want a Creative leader who’ll shape OUI’s studio into a hub of originality, craft, and innovation.
