Job description

UAE Nationals - Oversee the alignment of ENEC and its subsidiaries with brand guidelines and support services to other sub-functions within Enterprise Communications. Responsibilities include evaluating and analyzing sponsorship requests to ensure quality delivery of communications to internal and external stakeholders, and maintaining the appropriate presence of ENEC and its subsidiaries' image.

Operational Planning

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Provide input into the development of the division’s systems, processes, and procedures. Develop and implement these systems, identifying areas for improvement to ensure efficient, effective, safe, and compliant operations.
  • Monitor, control, and report on operational and financial KPIs, tracking performance and recommending corrective actions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of reports meeting departmental standards.
  • Assist in developing the division budget and monitor financial performance, including contracts and purchase orders.
  • Prepare the Communications Services Business Plan for integration into the Enterprise Communications Business Plan.
Branding and Media Production

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Oversee branding development, media production, and special projects to ensure consistency in messaging and branding of ENEC and its subsidiaries.
  • Manage the use of branding guidelines externally and internally to protect the organization’s reputation.
  • Manage creative production and artwork, ensuring high quality and efficiency aligned with strategy and branding guidelines.
  • Develop a Media Production strategy supporting business goals and oversee design direction for customer experience.
  • Promote production plans to ensure timely and within-budget execution.
  • Respond to media production service requests to deliver high-quality materials.
  • Review branding to maintain a high-quality brand image.
Events, Campaigns & Sponsorships

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Implement events and sponsorships strategy, managing relations with partners and suppliers to promote ENEC and its nuclear program.
  • Approve requests for internal events, campaigns, or ceremonies to uphold a positive image.
  • Plan and coordinate external events with vendors to ensure high standards and reputation management.
  • Execute campaigns to enhance reputation and awareness of the UAE Nuclear Energy Program.
Vendor Contracts

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Manage vendor contracts, evaluate services, and monitor vendors to ensure suitability.
Stakeholder Engagement

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders to build positive relationships.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Media and Communications, or relevant discipline.
  • At least 6 years of experience in a communications role within a multinational corporation or consultancy.
